In January, ProFruit Machinery participated in TSW 16, presenting practical, space-efficient solutions for fruit and juice producers looking to optimize their processing lines.
During the exhibition, we showcased a fully connected fruit processing setup, covering the entire production flow — from raw fruit to finished product. Visitors could see how washing, crushing, pressing, pasteurization, and filling can be integrated into one smooth, reliable system designed for real-world production conditions.
Complete Processing Flow on Display
At our stand, we demonstrated how individual machines work together as a single, efficient line. The setup included fruit washing and preparation, juice extraction with belt presses, thermal processing through pasteurization units, and Bag-in-Box filling — all configured to ensure stable product movement and consistent output.
This approach reflects how our equipment is used in practice: not as isolated machines, but as part of a balanced, well-thought-out production system tailored to each customer’s needs.
Focus on Space-Efficient Design
One of the highlights of TSW 16 was the presentation of our AUGERMILL elevator crusher — one of the most compact machines in our portfolio. Designed to fit into just 2 × 2 meters, the AUGERMILL is ideal for small production rooms, garages, and on-site or backyard processing facilities.
Despite its compact footprint, the machine delivers strong performance and flexibility. A key feature is its 360° movable crusher head, allowing producers to position the belt press at any angle and adapt the setup to their available space.
Real Conversations, Real Solutions
Throughout the exhibition, our team met with producers to discuss specific processing challenges and production goals. From small-scale operations to growing facilities planning future expansion, TSW provided a valuable opportunity to exchange experience and explore practical solutions.
We thank everyone who visited our stand and took the time to learn more about our equipment and processing lines. If you didn’t have a chance to meet us at TSW, feel free to get in touch — we’re always happy to talk through your production setup and find the right solution.
