The process begins with the efficient unloading of produce from boxes using the Bin Tipper UNLOADER 800. Subsequently, the Sorting Conveyor meticulously sorts and dries the products, ensuring only the finest products proceed further.
Since cider taste depends on many factors, cleanliness is one of them. After the produce undergoes gentle washing and cleaning with the Fruit and Vegetable Washer AQUA 3000, it is then processed through the appropriate milling machine. The produce can be processed through either the Fruit and Vegetable Washer Elevator Mill MAXIMILL 1000 or the Fruit and Vegetable Washer Elevator Mill MAXIMILL 3000, depending of what capacity do you need. Alternatively, for a streamlined process, the Fruit Bubble Washer Elevator Mill AQUAMILL can be utilized, combining both washing and milling stages effectively.
After milling it is time for juice extraction using our Belt Presses POWERPRESS. These machines excel in pressing the fruit mass, effectively extracting juice. Available in capacities ranging from 400, 800, 1200, 1500, to 3000 kg/h, our Belt Presses cater to various production needs.
Leftover mash is seamlessly transported using the Screw Conveyor for Pressed Mash. This efficient solution minimizes waste and maximizes efficiency.
After the juice extraction process, the cider is transferred to our specially designed 2 types of Tanks: VC Tanks with Floating Cover or Pressure fermentation tanks, where fermentation takes place. All tanks have optional cooling jackets which ensures the constant product temperature during the process. These tanks provide the ideal environment for fermentation, allowing the sugars in the juice to be converted into alcohol by yeast.
Once the fermentation process is completed and the cider has reached its desired flavor profile, it is ready for filtration. Our Plate filter perfectly filter cider into desired level of cider clarity.
The last step into cider making process is filling. We offer Manual Bottle Filler GRAVITY for filling cider, which fermentation is finished inside the bottle after your filling process. Or you can use the Counter Pressure filler for filling cider after the whole fermentation is done in the tank. After filling bottles goes for capping with Crown Capper or Screw Capper. Last step in the process is labeling stations which ends the cider making production ready for delivery.
