Bin tipper UNLOADER 800 is used for unloading fruit, berries or vegetables from plastic or wooden pallet boxes.

After peeling and polishing process of root vegetables is done, it goes into the Bubble Washer Elevator Mill AQUAMILL for finishing the washing process and milling the vegetables into a mash for further processing. The same step goes to leafy vegetables like spinach, salary, salads.
Juice extraction is facilitated by our POWERPRESS Belt Presses, known for their performance starting from 400 kg/h to 3000 kg/k. We focus on easy and efficient extraction vegetable juice while maintaining quality.
Efficient waste management is ensured through the Screw Conveyor for Pressed Mash, seamlessly transporting leftover vegetable mash, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency throughout the processing line.
The processed vegetables are transferred to our specialized Stainless Steel Tanks, designed for efficient collection. It is very common to mix vegetable juice with apple, orange or other type fruit juices in order to ease and maximize juice preservation time. In this way our pasteurizers ECO HEAT or HEAT can be used to prevent the juice fermentation. If juices skip pasteurization step it can be directly filled to bottles with our Manual Bottle Filler GRAVITY, or Vacuum Bottle Filler.
