    About The Client

    Agro World Group is an agro-processing company based in Cameroon, founded by Boris Kamgo.
    What began as a vision to produce high-quality pineapple juice locally has grown into an integrated operation – from farming to processing. Today, the company manages its own plantations in Dibamba, harvesting over 100,000 pineapples per month.
    With full control over raw materials and production, Agro World Group focuses on consistency, quality, and a more sustainable approach to juice production.

    The Goal

    As production volumes grew, Agro World Group reached a point where existing processes were no longer sufficient to support their ambitions. Maintaining consistent product quality while increasing capacity became a key challenge, especially with multiple processing stages requiring coordination.

    The goal was to create a structured, reliable production flow — one that would support higher volumes while preserving product quality at every stage. This meant reducing manual handling, improving coordination between processes, and building a system that could scale alongside the business.

    The Solution

    ProFruit delivered a complete, integrated processing line tailored to Agroworld Group’s production needs – connecting all stages from fruit preparation to final packaging.

    The setup includes fruit milling with the MAXIMILL 3000, juice extraction using the Belt Press 800, pasteurization with the HEAT 500, SEMIFLOW and other filling and capping solution designed for a smooth final packaging process.

    The line brings milling, juice extraction with a belt press, pasteurization, and filling and cap into one continuous process. This reduces unnecessary handling, improves process control, and helps ensure more consistent results throughout production.
