During the month of March we welcomed a group of industry professionals to ProFruit for a dedicated open client day.
The idea was simple – to move beyond presentations only menthid and instead give a clear, practical understanding of how juice and cider production can work in reality.
A Closer Look at the Process
The day started with an introduction to ProFruit and our approach to equipment design, followed by a walk through our premises. Visitors had the opportunity to see how different stages of production connect – from raw material handling to final filling.
In the showroom, the focus shifted to hands-on experience. Instead of observing from a distance, guests could explore the machinery up close, ask specific questions, and better understand how each solution fits into a real production line.
Cider in Focus
Cider production was one of the key topics throughout the day.
We discussed how different equipment choices and processing methods influence the final product – from juice extraction and handling to fermentation preparation and filling. Small decisions in the process often have a visible impact on clarity, taste, and consistency, and these nuances were an important part of the conversation.
Built on Real Interaction
What made the day valuable was not the format, but the interaction.
Open discussions, practical questions, and shared experience created an environment where ideas could be explored more freely. For many, seeing the machinery in operation and understanding its role within the full process brought a level of clarity that is difficult to achieve otherwise.
Strong Partnership
We would like to thank our partner Raapress for organizing the visiting group and bringing together such an engaged audience.
Open days like this are an important part of how we work – creating space to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and connect directly with the people behind the products.
