Semi-automatic Isobaric filler with crown capping system works as a counter pressure filler. With CO2 pressurization and purge function.

    Semi-automatic Isobaric filler with crown capping system works as a counter pressure filler. It is used to fill and cap bottles with 26mm or 29mm crown caps. Can be used for different size bottles ranging from 0.2ml till 1.5l. with custom-made plastic bottles holders. It has integrated pressurized buffer tank to supply carbonated drinks and not lose the carbonization.

    The bottle is first pressurized with CO2, then filling valve is opened, and the CO2 is then vented to allow the bottle to fill from the bottom.
    All 10 bottles are filled at the same time. After filling is done, plastic bottles holders slides into 10 capping stations and are capped with crown caps at once. Then bottles are removed from the filling table.

    Working process:
    Put 10 bottles on plastic holders – CO2 purge – CO2 pressurizing – CO2 purge – Isobaric filling – pressure stabilization – pressure relief – stop – move the bottles to the capping station – capping – take out the bottles.
