Grinding fibrous products
The Commercial Grinder processes fibrous ingredients into mash, puree or paste for juice pressing and further food production. It is suitable for demanding products such as ginger, celery, rhubarb and leafy greens.
An adjustable blade system allows the final texture to be adapted from a coarse mash to a smoother paste.
